Cyber City, DLF Phase 2 and Phase 3
Walking distance or a short Rapid Metro ride to Cyber City and Cyber Hub. DLF Phase 3 and nearby Nathupur have many builder floors split into rooms, which makes them popular with people who want to skip the commute.
Golf Course Road (Sectors 42, 43, 53, 54)
High-rise gated societies with power backup, security and gyms, served by the Rapid Metro. Usually among the higher rents in the city, so sharing a flat is common.
Sohna Road (Sectors 47, 48, 49)
A mix of societies and builder floors with offices along the road itself. Often better value than Golf Course Road for the space you get.
Sushant Lok, South City and MG Road
Older, established areas with builder floors, markets and the Yellow Line metro along MG Road. Good if you commute to Delhi.
Golf Course Extension Road (Sectors 56 to 66)
Newer societies, wider roads and newer flats. Check the commute: public transport is thinner than on Golf Course Road.
New Gurgaon and Dwarka Expressway
Sectors along the Dwarka Expressway and in New Gurgaon have new societies and lower rents, with longer drives to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar.
Before you pay a deposit
- Ask for the full monthly cost. Society maintenance and electricity (often a prepaid meter with separate power-backup charges) can add a lot to the rent. Listings on AuraCoLiving show all three.

Which areas of Gurgaon are close to the metro?
The Yellow Line runs along MG Road (Sikanderpur, MG Road, IFFCO Chowk, Millennium City Centre). The Rapid Metro connects Sikanderpur to Cyber City and to Golf Course Road around Sectors 53 to 56.
